As someone who’s always been fascinated by personal growth and self-improvement, I started Motivational Walnut as a way to share my passion and insights with others. I was depressed for some years, made a lot of mistakes and finally decided to take action. After years of experimenting with different methods and techniques, I realized that motivation and mindset are the keys to unlocking our full potential.
With that in mind, I created the Motivational Walnut newsletter as a way to provide daily inspiration and practical tips for anyone looking to improve their lives. I didn’t always update the newsletter but as of 2023 I started taking it a bit more serious.
